Born in Havana, Cuba. She made the Ballet career on National Institute of Art of La Habana (12 years), and specialized in Flamenco and Spanish Classic Ballet, achieving the Soloist level in the Spanish Ballet of Cuba. Then she moved to Bogota, Colombia and was the Director and Choreographer of hers own studio recitals and professional company performances. In Colombia she teaches Flamenco to over 3.500 students.
In 2014 she moved to Columbus, Ohio to spread the Flamenco Dance in the Midwest. She started teaching for Flamenco del Corazon group. Quickly, her name started to be known in the Dance scene in Columbus. In 2016 she opened U Will Dance Studio, the only one studio offering flamenco classes in Ohio. Griset was invited to make part of Columbus Makes Art campaign and to perform with Columbus Symphony Orchestra (twice), Chautauqua Symphony Orchestra and Princeton Symphony Orchestra. Also she is the Flamenco Instructor on Ballet Met Intensive Summer Program. She updates her skills every year attending Festival de Flamenco de Albuquerque and Flamenco Intensive Summer Camps in Spain.
