We’re told to keep an open mind, so why would Susan Willeke argue that we need some bias in our lives? As an ethics trainer, she will compel you to recognize why your bias is helpful in keeping some societal order, but on occasion, how it drags us into some of our most regrettable mistakes.
Susan Willeke is an accomplished public affairs professional with 20 years experience in government affairs, communication and public speaking. Throughout her career, Susan has honed the science/art of creating and implementing effective communication strategies and stimulating training courses. She directs a statewide program to promote understanding and compliance with Ohio’s Ethics Laws and presents approximately 250 presentations to more than 20,000 people annually.
Susan is a member and president-elect of the State of Ohio Trainers Association and serves on the Program Committee for the Council on Governmental Ethics Laws. She is active in her community, including numerous non-profit organizations in Central Ohio. Susan and her husband, Tim, reside in Westerville.
